Project summary
The production of ten in-depth case studies on the role of local planning authorities in bringing forward brownfield land. These site-specific case studies have been chosen to represent a range of different types of site in terms of geography, scale, nature of the site (eg. in relation to level of complexity), and type of local authority. The intent has been to specifically draw out best-practice in relation to the skills and approach of local planning authorities.
Key output
Individual case studies will be made available on the Planning Advisory Service website, accompanied by an over-arching project summary.
