- Use simple, easy strategies to support your memory.
- Explore techniques to help with organisation and planning.
If you want some strategies to help you make the most of your memory and be more organised, come along to this workshop.
It will be a chance to share ideas, learn from each other and decide on simple, realistic steps you can take.
This will be a relaxed, informal one hour session.
