An in-person coaching, psychoeducational programme. All sessions are 15:00 to 16:30.
- Session 1: 14/02/2024 What is ADHD and what does that mean for you?
- Session 2: 21/02/2024 Get your work started.
- Session 3: 28/02/2024 Set your goals and manage your time.
- Session 4: 06/03/2024 Self-care and study.
