Description
In collaboration with industry experts Dr Vanda Papafilippou and Professor Sue Durbin from UWE Bristol, we are excited to lead a workshop focused on sharing expertise and strategies for cultivating a more diverse workforce. This workshop is for businesses in the Southwest across all industries.
Book now to attend this practical workshop which will:
- enhance the inclusivity of your recruitment and selection processes
- explore all recruitment stages (from job analysis and description to advertisement and shortlisting)
- look at the apprentice selection process through an intersectional lens
- foster a collaborative environment where participants can benefit from peer feedback and shared experiences.
Please bring samples of your current recruitment and selection materials. These materials will be used in practical exercises where you can apply what you've learned, receive constructive feedback from peers and academics, and make real-time improvements.
This event is funded by the Office for Students bid to expand and diversify apprenticeships.
