* Includes: four hour performance; unplanned ED re-attendance within seven days; patients leaving the ED without being seen; emergency hospital admission; zero day admission, length of stay; re-admission to hospital within 28 days; in-hospital mortality.
Work Package C: Prospective and retrospective mixed methods evaluation in ten case study sites.
