Frenchay Campus
Just four miles north of the city centre (15 minutes by Metrobus), Frenchay is where most of our students study and many choose to live too, making the most of the modern facilities.
City Campus
City Campus is UWE Bristol’s creative and cultural industries campus made up of sites at Bower Ashton, Spike Island, Arnolfini and Watershed.
Glenside Campus
Glenside Campus is three miles northeast of the centre. Picturesque and well-equipped, it's an inspirational place to study, and is home to many of our allied health, nursing and midwifery students.

Engineering the future
Our Engineering building is designed to revolutionise the way engineering is taught. Featuring engine test cells, wind tunnels, dedicated collaborative learning spaces and all of the latest high-tech equipment.
Built for business
The Bristol Business School is the largest building on Frenchay Campus. Inside, you’ll find shared social and learning spaces. It’s also home to the Bloomberg city trading room and mock court rooms. Great for putting your new skills to the test.
Crime Scene Science and Policing Space
Get hands on in our bespoke crime scene science and policing learning space, designed for authentic practical teaching sessions. Apply your knowledge to simulations in mock living and business spaces and hone your skills in interactive learning rooms, from suspect interviewing to analysing blood patterns.
Glenside Sports Injury Clinic
A student-led clinic managed by a team of BSc(Hons) Sport Rehabilitation students, offering a range of services to assess and treat sport and exercise-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
Skills and Simulation Centre
Step onto our real replica hospital ward at Glenside Campus, complete with consultation rooms, maternity and children’s unit. The centre uses all the same equipment that’s used in NHS hospitals so you can learn how to deliver effective healthcare in safe surroundings.
On point legal practice
Situated within the Bristol Business School, our mock court rooms bring learning to life for our students. Equipped with the latest recording equipment, you can practise your skills in a practical setting.
Set the stage
Our award-winning Film Studio building is home to industry-standard production film making. As well as stop motion animation, CGI studios, sound recording, colour grading studios, editing suites and two large photography suites.
Envirotron
This clever greenhouse is designed to transform research and partnerships in the areas of biodiversity, conservation, environmental change and food security. Using environmentally-friendly LED lighting, the Envirotron enables researchers to experiment with a wide range of conditions.
Robotics laboratories
Bristol Robotics Laboratory (BRL) is a nationally - and internationally - recognised as a centre of excellence for advanced robotics research. And when you join us, you can get hands on with the kind of facilities most robotic engineers dream of.
Simulation House
Practice, test and expand paramedic or forensic skills for real in our specially modified Simulation House.

When you need medical help, the University Health Centre on Frenchay Campus is your first port of call.
Students' Union

There are libraries across our campuses with printing facilities, group and quiet areas, bookable laptops and PCs. Our Frenchay Campus library is open 24 hours a day.
