Administrative support to the Trustees of Southern Africa Resource Centre, by supporting development intiatives in Beira Mozambique, and by increasing knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa in Bristol, making a contribution to climate justice and global citizenship.

Assist Trustees to raise funds for vulnerable communities in Beira, Mozambique. Assist setting up events. Networking with potential sponsors.

Monitor social media, prepare posts for social media, contribute to newsletter, press releases and website. Portuguese language skills preferable but not essential.

Graphic design including the use of InDesign and Elementor/Wordpress for creating, editing, formatting, etc. The volunteer should have basic IT skills and an interest in international development issues and/or climate change and/or social justice and/or global citzenship. Approx. 2 hrs per fortnight

Looseiver is looking for an enthusiastic student or multiple students to further develop this website with the aim to inform their peers, employers, educational environment, and more important social environment what the hard of hearing (HOH) community has to encounter in their daily lives.
