MOVE Nordic walking activity sessions

Nordic walking turns a walk into a workout using specially designed poles. It's outdoors, sociable, fun and works your whole body.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Poles are provided so please just wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear.

Cost: Free with MOVE membership, your Active Card or £5 per session. Please book sessions via the app or online.
