How to book

Booking activities

Once you are registered as a member, you can book exercise classes, MOVE activities and many of our sport facilities via the UWE Bristol Sport app. You will need your registered email address and PIN number.

If you’re not a member and haven’t been a member previously, you will need to register online to get your login.

If you have been a member previously, you can email us to reactivate your membership.

We recommend using the UWE Bristol Sport app but you can also use our online booking system or contact the Centre for Sport.

Registering for Pay As You Go

If you are not a member, you can register for Pay As You Go by following these steps.

Register online and select Pay As You Go membership
Follow the link in the confirmation email to receive your PIN
Once you have your PIN, you can book sessions via the UWE Bristol Sport app, online or by contacting us.

UWE Bristol staff, family and alumni

If you have not been a member before:

Register online and select Pay As You Go membership
Email us to set up your membership at reception.sport@uwe.ac.uk.

If you have been a member previously, you can email us to reactivate your membership.

Resetting your PIN

If you've forgotten your UWE Bristol Sport PIN, you can request a new one through the online booking system.

Late cancellation fees

A late cancellation fee of £3.50 applies to exercise classes and squash courts.

Exercise class charges apply if you cancel with less than an hour's notice or if you fail to attend. If your place gets filled, you won't be charged.
Squash court charges apply if you cancel with less than one hour's notice.
