The Student Elections 2025 is officially live and nominations for full-time and part-time officer roles are open until Wednesday 12 February.

Nominations close on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at 12:00 (midday). so nominate yourself today.

The Students' Union has five full-time President roles, these are full-time jobs paid a salary of £25,000 (as a sabbatical year during their studies or after they have graduated):

  • Students' Union President
  • Vice-President Education
  • VP Community and Welfare
  • VP Sport and Health
  • VP Societies and Communication

There are eleven different part-time officer roles, as well as four positions as a Democratic Procedure officer, which are voluntary and unpaid:

  • BME Officer
  • City Campus Officer
  • Disabled Students Officer
  • Glenside Campus Officer
  • International Students’ Officer
  • LGBT+ Officer
  • Men's Welfare Officer
  • Postgraduate Students Officer
  • Sustainability Officer
  • Women's Welfare Officer
  • Trans Welfares Officer
  • Democratic Procedures Officer (four)
