Lisa Strutt, MCIPD
Lisa is a seasoned leadership coach who helps people navigate big career shifts, whether it’s a promotion, redundancy or a whole new direction by focusing on what really matters to them. She has coached leaders at UWE Bristol.
Emmie Runciman, BSc Psychology, ILM Coaching and Mentoring
Emmie is a successful executive coach. She is also CEO of Private Practice Management Ltd, a leading PA support business, now employing 25 PAs who support over 70 consultants across the UK. Founder of the Pryde of Women in Business Award at UWE Bristol, Emmie empowers female and non-binary students to overcome barriers and succeed in launching their own businesses.
Mia Collins, BSc Business and Management
Mia has leveraged her first-class UWE Bristol education to build a thriving business and is now a 2025 The Apprentice candidate. With a strong background in cyber security and Microsoft IT sales. She has excelled in business development while also pursuing a career in amateur bodybuilding.
Krystina Pearson Rampeearee, MSc Aerospace Systems Engineering
Krystina is multi-award-winning Chartered Aerospace Engineer at BAE Systems with more than 12 years experience in aviation. She runs AviateHer, a business promoting diversity in STEM. Passionate about mentoring, she inspires young people to pursue STEM careers through talks and social media.
