Dreamcatchers, known for promoting peaceful sleep by filtering out bad dreams, are not only meaningful but also beautiful and calming to create.
Crafting a dreamcatcher offers a chance to step away from academic stress and engage in a mindful, hands-on activity that fosters creativity and relaxation. The weaving and decorating process can be incredibly therapeutic!
