In her truly inspiring talk, Perminder shared an honest account of her path to success, starting with her humble childhood in West London, through to motherhood and her journey rising to the CEO of Bonnier Books UK - a publishing company with sales of over £80 million and a regular on the publishing industry power lists.

Perminder reflected on her own career, sharing the lessons she learnt on the way, the personal obstacles she has faced, such as choosing between family and aspirations, as well as challenging stereotypes head-on.

Perminder also explained what Bonnier Books UK do as a company to try and create an environment that everyone can succeed in, no matter their background age or experiences.
