Description

Join us to get to know Bristol City Centre with new friends on an informative and interactive walking tour led by a professional tour guide. From the famous street art and culture, to discovering some of the amazing history of Bristol.

Length of walking tour: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

Start time: 11:00 (UK time)

Tour guide: Luke Sargeant

Meeting point

  • If you are living at our Frenchay campus, our student ambassador will take you on the bus before the city tour commences. Meet us outside P block by the bench, on Frenchay campus at 10:00.
  • Alternatively if you live in the City Centre, you can meet our Tour guide at the Ka Fei pop up coffee hub (Blue shipping container) at 10:45.

Please note: Photos may be taken during Student Orientation and some of the images might be used in the future for marketing and promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact us at globalstudents@uwe.ac.uk.

Registration and tickets

The event is free. You have to pay for your transport and any food or expenses at the city centre. Please make sure you have download “First Bus” app on your phone prior to the event as you will need to purchase your own bus ticket to city centre. Otherwise, you can pay on the bus with your contactless card.
