Sangeetha will briefly discuss the business, moral, and social case for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), why diversity matters, as well as the challenges of attracting diverse talent. She will reflect on employers' learnings and experiences shared and explore some effective wins to achieve inclusion.
