Description

In association with the Doc Society, UWE Bristol is hosting a film screening of A Story of Bones, followed by a panel discussion led by UWE Bristol academics.

Film synopsis: As the Chief Environmental Officer for Saint Helena’s new £285m airport project, Annina van Neel-Hayes witnessed the unearthing of human remains. Haunted by a historical injustice, she takes on institutional and governmental ambivalence to expose disturbing truths about Britain’s colonial past.
