The West of England Combined Authority has launched Made Smarter West of England, a new programme designed to assist local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) working in the making and manufacturing sectors to understand and overcome operational challenges through digital technologies.
Whether you’re a local furniture maker or a baker, an engineer or an electric vehicle producer, Made Smarter can help your business to innovate, upskill your staff and deliver technological change with support from experts.
What is Made Smarter?
This innovative new programme gives SME makers and manufacturers access to digital tools, skills and innovation to improve business performance and efficiency, and is funded and delivered by the West of England Combined Authority in partnership with UWE Bristol and the National Composites Centre.
Register for the Made Smarter West of England programme and get access to:
- fully funded bespoke one-to-one assessment, roadmap and tech adoption support
- match funded grants up to £20K to invest in digital technology hardware or software
- fully funded student interns to support your digital journey and bolster your business
- digital leadership training to upskill employees and accelerate growth.
