Nelson and Drake House offer a buzzing high-rise city-centre community, well-connected to our campuses. Arnolfini and Spike Island are 20 minutes walk away, and there are buses to Frenchay and Bower Ashton close by. Everything Bristol has to offer is in walking distance, with shops, bars, and the Old City's street markets and nightlife, you'll have lots of opportunities for part-time work.
Nelson and Drake House are managed by our partners Unite Students, and have recently been refurbished. Fresh rooms, a new common room, study room and courtyard mean you'll soon feel at home.

- Contract length: Accommodation costs are for 42 weeks.
- Bills included: All utility bills are included in the rent (Endsleigh insurance).
- Tenancy agreement: You apply to Nelson and Drake House through the University and we allocate the rooms. Unite Students then issues your tenancy agreement and manages the residence.
- Guarantor: You may require a guarantor to complete the booking of this property. A guarantor must be based in the UK, aged over 18, working and a homeowner. Find out more about contracts and negotiations.
