We provide appointments with doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and health care assistants, depending on your medical need. Our experienced reception team will be able to signpost you to the relevant clinician.

Dr Katrina Boutin MBB MRCP-peads DRCOG DFFPI am interested in all aspects of general practice but have special interests in women’s health, contraception and dermatology. I am involved in minor surgery, and young people’s health.

Dr Neil Robertson BMBs BMedSci MRCGPI enjoy all aspects of general practice but have a particular interest in diabetes, dermatology and mental health.

Dr Zara Aziz MBCh.B MRCGP DFSRHI am interested in all aspects of general practice particularly woman’s/young peoples health. I have a keen interest in medical journalism.

Dr Victoria Barnard MBBS MRCGPI enjoy many aspects of general practice but in particular general medicine and woman’s health, I am available weekly at the University Health Centre.

Dr Bethany Jones BMBS BMedSci MRCGPI enjoy all aspects of general practice, but in particular women's health and mental health. I will be available on a weekly basis at the University Health Centre.
Nurses
Our nursing team is Caroline Slim, Lucy McKenzie and Nikki Godwin. They all hold sessions at the Health Centre by appointment only. This includes routine surgeries for dressings, pill checks, Depo injections, asthma checks but, in addition, run numerous clinics at the Old School Surgery. The clinics include diabeties, COPD, coronary heart disease, chronic kidney disease, stroke/TIA and mental health reviews.
We have several Mental Health Nurses at the health centre. You may be offered an appointment with one of them if you're suffering with anxiety, depression or low mood. They will be able to support you with medication if appropriate, carry out reviews, and signpost to talking therapies.
Mo Brown and Poppy Bebbington are the practice Health Care Assistants who offers a sessions during the morning to take blood tests, blood pressures and urine tests. These are by appointment only and authorised by a GP or Nurse Practitioner.
